What You Can Expect

  1. The service technician will arrive at the scheduled time to perform your service. They will ask you several questions in regards to the performance of your Heating and Air Conditioning system, where your equipment is located and whether or not you are having any trouble with the way your systems performing.
  2. They will then begin the Check, Test and Record Tune Up as described in the What We Do Check List below. This can take up to an hour and a half to complete depending on your system and its condition.
  3. You will be provided a full report upon completion of the Tune Up, with any recommended repairs and the associated costs with warranties, this should be normal for any Tune up.
    What they won't tell you is that it is very important to maintain a log of the operation of a Heating and Air system to predict when problems may arise. Without that log it is just a crap shoot and guess who gets the crap, YOU! In the form a report that is based on selling you a new system instead of taking care of the one you has.
    With our one of a kind 64 point CT&R maintenance program, we record & store all the test data, keep a copy forever in YOUR customer file that will be supplied to the technician at future maintenance or service calls made to your home, or to you at anytime. Also, we can email a copy to your real estate agent or tax accountant at your request. Then, YOU can make the choices based on facts for the necessary or optional repairs your system requires, not the desire of some overzealous Sales Tech looking to bag a great commission while trying to sell you a new system for 30-40 percent more than market value, that you very often don't need.
